Mike Hindle
Mike Hindle trained in Fine Art at West Surrey College of Art and Design in Farnham. He now lives in Penzance and his work is inspired, like so many great artists before him (Patrick Heron, Barbara Hepworth, Terry Frost to name a few), by the extraordinary light and landscape of this rugged and special part of the world.

"These works come from years of walking in West Penwith in South Cornwall. They are inspired by the stone circles and standing stones. The paintings, like the landscape, have evolved over time. Shapes are found and lost, colours worked and reworked. The end result could not have been stated from the outset, but only arrived at through the working process itself."

Mike has exhitibited widely in the UK and this show marks a welcome return to the Surrey area. Mike works in acrylic on canvas and paintings will be priced from £250.
