Sophie Smallhorn
Sophie (b. 1971) lives and works in London. She trained at the University of Brighton (BA in Furniture Design) and since then her career has truly flourished with many significant commercial installations (eg Comme des Garcons in Tokyo and Kenzo in Paris), public art commissions (Sculpture at Goodwood, Somerset House and recently an installation for Body and Soul, an AIDS/HIV charity in London) and numerous corporate installations. She also produces work on a domestic scale; her trademark striped wall pieces and printed works on paper.
